I had a bit of a hiccup with my online order from swisschalet.com. The delivery time kept changing, and after a while I wasn’t even sure if the order had gone through properly.

I ended up using the customer service chat, and the person I got was actually really nice. They checked on it quickly, explained what was going on, and even added a small credit to my account, which I appreciated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it took longer than it should have to get connected. The support person did their job well, but whoever runs this really needs to sort out the wait times. Still, once I got through, they fixed the issue.

My order showed up exactly how I placed it, with all the sides and sauces included. Nothing was missing, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I was happy with it.

The food was actually good and the portions were fair, so I’m not mad about it or anything. The price felt reasonable too, although the delivery fee definitely starts to add up, but sure, that’s fine

Grabbed ribs from swisschalet.com i wasn’t expecting much, but they ended up being really good. The meat was nice and tender, not dried out, and there was plenty of sauce without it being too much. They came off the bone easily too, which kind of says it all. Definitely one of the better rib orders I’ve had lately

The chicken was really good, and the sauce is still probably my favorite part. The fries were a little softer than I’d hoped this time, but the meal was still enjoyable. I’d definitely order it again
